 From the town of Corfu, (also knows as Korfu) Paleokastritsa is about 25 kilometers to the west, and the road is relatively easy to navigate with signs marking the town at regular intervals.

Paleokastritsa lies at two bays between impressing steep coasts before a scenery of thick slopes full of cypresses and olive trees.

You will find the blue -green waters around Paleokastritsa particularly clear, cool, and refreshing. You can take one of the small boats for a trip around the sea cliffs and caves to experience the coast from a different point of view.  Don't forget that rocks provide great points for diving. Snorkelling is another justly popular.
