The sandy beach of Issos is situated in the southern part of the island of Corfu and is a popular place,especially for people who like sandy beaches. 1. Green Buses depart from the centre of Corfu on anhourly basis. The bus drops passengers off on the main road at the turn off for the beach. This leavesyou with a 2 kilometre walk until you reach the beach.

2. The beach of Issos is situated at 32 kilometres south of Corfu town. Take the road southwards from Corfu town signposted for Lefkimi, drive southwards through the villages of Benitses and then Moraitika. A further 10 kilometres without any turnoffs and you reach the turnoff for the beach signposted Issos on your right.
